A Poppy Dip day for me is when I surf the web and find myself falling in love with all the babies and kiddos in Africa, but more importantly being drawn through them to the heart of God. Poppy Dip for sure!

ReplyDeleteYesterday while getting ready to go out to dinner I was slapping on some eyeliner my son says "mommy, what are you doing??" I said "ohh, just trying to get pretty!" He said "but mommy you are already BEAUTIFUL" awww, such a Poppy Dip Day! =)

ReplyDeleteToday the best thing is selling off our furniture and seeing it leave our home as we prepare to move overseas.
ReplyDeleteWe had put off putting B in the church nursery for quite a while after bringing him home from Ethiopia for fear of illness and wanting to keep him out of group childcare situations simular to what he experienced in the orphanages. He fusses a bit when we drop him off, but then he enjoys his time there playing. The Poppy Dip part is when we pick him up, he does a little happy dance and gives me a BIG hug! Everything is good!
