A Few Zoie Firsts in May

Zoie is really growing!! She's 16 months old & bursting out of her 24 mo clothes!! We finally nipped the all over body bumps (thanks YG aunties) She has mastered her 1st song "this little light of mine" that Gramma taught her, but all she sings is DIS DIS over & over all day long. She points her little chubby finger in the air & that is my cue to sing!! I've made up many versions now... the rock&roll, jazz, hip hop, opera, and of course the big band w/ toy piano:) She is talking up a storm and so curious about the big world around her. She LOVES being outside. Unfortunately I found her 1st tick, too. Zoie adores her "bubub" and "sissy"
A few more firsts...
*1st bug snack (beetle no less)
*1st 17 stair quest (ooops that was a secret escape)
*1st chalk art

    Yummy blue chalk! I can't wait to get my hands on her in a few weeks. I will be anxious to see if any of our 3rd term buddies will be at K-Kauai with you. We have gone that term the past 3 summers.

    I'm sure after this photo, Oprah herself will be sporting blue lipstick. Really makes the eyes "pop."
